In our increasingly complex world, the problem of waste in the sea is becoming increasingly unstoppable day by day. This can cause tremendous damage to marine life. Apart from polluting the oceans, rubbish is also ingested and poisons marine animals. The demand for effective and efficient waste management solutions has never been greater. Sorter and Recycler Ship is a new technology for handling waste at sea. In the era of technological advancement, automated Arduino systems play an important role in simplifying daily tasks. The need for smart and efficient solutions extends to various aspects of life, including craftsmen. This paper introduces the Sorter and Recycler system, an automated solution designed to offer an innovative way to process waste into plastic yarn that is provided to craftspeople. This tool’s working system is an innovative approach to optimizing waste management in the form of plastic bottles and increasing the productivity of craftsmen. It is necessary to find a solution so that plastic bottles have sales value. So we need a machine that can process plastic bottles. One of them is a machine for making thread from plastic bottles. This thread making machine is used only to process 1500 milliliter and 600 milliliter plastic bottles into thread. The plastic bottle is placed on the shaft provided. Next, the DC motor makes the thread winder rotate when the bottle is cut by the knife. When the DC motor rotates, the plastic bottle will rotate while the cut is being made. The initial cut is done manually. The initial cut is placed on the winder so that it can wind the thread that has been cut. After the bottle is cut into thread, the heater heats the thread so that the thread takes the desired shape. After the thread is heated, it is rolled by a roller. The solenoid moves the scissors to break the thread when it is hit by the limit switch or when the off pushbutton is pressed. The average length of the thread is 297 cm and the average time required to wind the thread is 26 seconds on the thread from a 600 milliliter plastic bottle, while for a 1500 milliliter plastic bottle the average thread length obtained is 435cm and the average time The average required for winding the thread is 40 seconds. The success rate of this thread making machine system is 80% from 5 tests on thread cutting widths of 7 millimeters and 5 millimeters, while for thread cutting widths of 3 millimeters the success rate is 20%. The thread is strong enough so that the maximum load limit for the thread to break is 15 kilograms on aqua, pristine, nestle plastic bottles with a thickness of 0.1 millimeters and a load of up to 22 kilograms on sprite, fanta plastic bottles with a thickness of 0.2 millimeters. Sorter and Recycler is a sophisticated automated solution that
integrates various technologies to facilitate the management of plastic bottle waste from the sea. This system uses a network of sensors and smart devices to sort and process plastic bottle waste.
